Pay Rate/Range: $20-22/hr

Description: Will perform MIG, flux-core and some TIG welding, as directed, across a range of agricultural equipment. Will apply distortion control techniques, in process inspection, NCR documentation and provide guidence to other team members. Must be able to read and interpret complex fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, weld symbols, BOMs and engineering change orders. Will perform preventative mainenance on welding equipment and operate overhead crane, sling and rigging equipment to position heavy weldments. 

Job Requirements: Must have a minimum of 2-4 years previous welding experience and a high school diploma or GED is required. Welding certification preferred. Candidates without certification must demonstrate commitment to pursue. Overhead crane operator certification required.  

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00pm-6:30am, will train on first shift for 3-4 weeks.
