Pay Rate/Range: $20-25/hr

Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Quoting & Billing Clerk to join a growing team! This opportunity is for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service while handling quotes, invoices, and customer communication in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer quotes and bids accurately and within required timeframes

• Process invoices and ensure billing is completed correctly

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotes, pricing, and invoices

• Calculate pricing and service costs

• Maintain organized job files and documentation

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth workflow

• Provide professional customer service while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience preparing quotes, processing invoices, and handling customer inquiries

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Manufacturing industry knowledge is preferred

• Stable work history

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00a.m - 4:00p.m
