Pay Rate/Range: $18/hr

Description:  Machine Operators and Production Associates are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. This position includes loading and unloading materials, monitoring production quality, using basic measuring tools, and adjusting machine controls as needed. Candidates will also be expected to maintain a clean and safe work area, follow all safety and company policies, report equipment or quality issues to supervision, and perform other duties as assigned. On-the-job training is provided, making this a great opportunity for someone dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn.

Job Requirements:  Qualified candidates should be able to follow written and verbal instructions, use basic math and communication skills, and maintain a strong focus on safety. This position requires someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and flexible enough to work in different roles as needed. Training is provided for the position. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, bend, twist, push, and pull throughout the shift, and work in a noisy manufacturing environment.

Job Type:  Temp-to-Hire

Shift/Schedule:  Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:30am
