Pay Rate/Range: $18-19/hr

Description: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production. If you're ready to contribute to a collaborative team and help ensure smooth production processes, apply today!

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) for production

• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed)

• Feed raw materials into machines

• Inspect parts using precision tools

• Troubleshoot and fix machine issues

• Check output for machine-related flaws

• Keep records of approved and defective products

• Maintain activity and downtime logs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a machine operator

• Familiarity with high-speed machinery and measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)

• Knowledge of production procedures

• Adherence to safety regulations

• Ability to read blueprints and manuals

• Strong attention to detail

• Teamwork and communication skills

• Physical stamina and strength

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree is a plus)

Job Type:  Temp-to-Hire

Shift/Schedule:  Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm
